Review: Great pen - I use these a lot in my work. I need a good red pen. This is the best I've found. Ball pens, gel pens, Precision pens just don't compare. The red color is bright, not washed out. Downside is it's not waterproof so when I get caught outside in the rain, I have to make sure to cover my papers. Can't find a comparable pen. Recollections pens from Michaels were my favorite, but they stopped making them. This is an excellent alternative.
Review: My Favorite Pens - I used the Le Pen to do all my line drawings (135 for each) for all three of my quilt books. The black pens lay a fine, consistent line and dry almost instantly. I use the red pens during editing my own in-process work or when editing/teaching writing to others. The tips lay a fine enough line that I can write between a double-spaced line or in the margins without smearing. Terrific pens!

I use these a lot in my work. I need a good red pen. This is the best I've found. Ball pens, gel pens, Precision pens just don't compare. The red color is bright, not washed out. I have been using Le Pen brand pens for years. I like these fine point, non leaking slim pens. As a teacher, I became somewhat famous at my school for marking up student's compositions in red ink. One chair even thanked me by buying me several boxes of them. Now that I am retired, I still find them useful for jotting down notes in several colors as "codes" of Importance.
