Can this fit a fender Stratocaster hss?

You need a different tremo for a Strat- you would have to take a router and literally dig a hole in the body for the bottom part to fit in. Look for a top mount tremolo

Will this fit on a harley benton cst?

If it’s already routes for a Floyd. Most likely. But I have noticed that The mounting studs for a original Floyd rose and the Floyd rose special are mounted farther back. Making this tremolo very hard to intonate.

Will this fit a Washburn wg580?

This trem can be fitted to any guitar, by either installing it like it is or filling the old post holes and drilling new ones. You have to measure what you have and check the dimensions of the musiclilly. I installed this trem on an Ibanez RG 270 and so far it has been a great addition.

Will this fit a kramer baretta special?

No. It is not a direct fit. You would have to route out some wood from the body
