Overall, I like this cutter. I do wish that it had s9mething to keep the liaf in place while cutting. But it does the job. The wood is a nice thickness not made cheap. The size is perfect for soap making.

What happened to my box? Does quality control exist?My goodness it makes me not want to order another, the slicer will not even fit inside of the slot. As well as the cut not being straightTapered cuts at an angle, unusable for full price amazing craftsmanship

I love the effect of the wavy soap blade! It gives my soap a rustic look that is unique. I use the flat blade to brace the loaf and the wavy one to cut it. Other soap cutters can cost up to $300. This one is the best for the beginner who isn't ready to invest that type of cash.
