Huge and heavy!
I wanted a pump which is why I ordered this BUT I did not want or need this large bottle since I had ordered two other skin so soft lotion in a smaller, and less heavy, bottle. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it’s difficult manipulating heavy objects. I thought the smaller size had a pump, which is why I ordered this. Now I have a huge heavy bottle. Very disappointed!

Make sure everything is included in the packaging
I ordered my bottle a weeks ago. It didn’t come with the pump to dispense the lotion.
