I put it on a 24" box fan to clear dust & air borne particles. I move it to different rooms. Works great. My allergies are much improved

I love these. They can be trimmed for a perfect fit in my very old furnace that needs a filter size not made. I change them every 90 days. It's says you can wash them but you would lose the charcoal in the filter. They are inexpensive enough to just use a new one every 90 days in my opinion. They filter much better than the cheap ones that cost 5.00 and do a great job of odor removal in the air.

We have used these for years. Not much more than a cheap filter.Basically a fiber/mesh filter held in place and sandwiched between asturdy plastic grid/frame. The frame can be cut to fit your exact dimensions.The whole assembly can be removed and washed with a hose or in your shower.A mild soap will return the filter to its' original condition.These insert and fit differently than a standard filter, being slightly thinner.To cut to fit, one needs a pair of snips to cut the plastic grid, or sharp scissors will work.Despite the carbon impregnated appearance, there is NO REMARKABLE air filtration.The product and claims seem gimmicky and not grounded in fact.So we use these more because they fit the space and are washable.To get the marked benefits of carbon filtration, you would need a larger amount of carbon,or actual military grade carbon filters that are in the Austin Air Purifiers.If you are thinking any filter will turn your air handler into a powerful air cleaner, this is notreally possible. But this will do perfectly as a furnace filter.

If you have pulmonary problems or allergies these are the best. Clean them weekly and it helps keep good air quality

I used this as a replacement for an older RV air conditioner. Fits tight but works great. And one filter can be cut to make several replacements

Easy to put in. I want to trap all the dust!
