I never thought exercise could be this fun!
My job is 70%-80% desk work. With this Hopfit ball I can do my work and work at being fit. I love this so much I ordered a second one for home office. It’s amazing keeping fit can be so be so much fun.

NO videos. NO online videos.
I cannot even assemble because the online videos they claim they have are not there.Empower Fotness - Here’s an idea! If you are going to tell folks to watch a video to assemble maybe HAVE a video! Your DVD doesn’t work & the address you tell us to go to in order to stream workouts do not work either!Returning & wont ever buy an Empower Fitness item again.
