A great tool for self-massage
The tool is very well made, very smooth and sturdy. It has an ergonomic design - fits in the palm of a hand perfectly. As it is also very light, I can use it for a long time every day as it doesn't hurt my hand. I recommend for anyone who requires a trigger point massage often.

Fantastic
Really great for getting in to hard to reach spots ! The fact that it’s wood is fantastic it’s warm and a little bit of oil and it feels amazing !!!

Gets into the knots.
Very good rehab tool, found the item from a book ive been reading and useful for knots and trigger points. Also using it towards a book I’m using.

Excellent little product
Really good, especially for the price. Much easier to use than trying to press your thumbs into knots. Nicely grained, quality wood too, I'm impressed.

Just what I needed
Perfect for getting knots out of easy to reach muscles, particularly on the hip area. I’ve had trouble with my hip flexors for a while, this combined with stretches and mobility exercises has been a god send. (Still find a golf ball in a long sock against a wall the best for knots in the back and flute muscles though).

This is an amazingly simple massage tool that gets into the right spots and massages muscles that are causing problems. Smooth and yet strong enough to take your body weight, this little tool is an excellent aid that is light and can be easily carried with you.

Comfortable to hold and easy to use. Purchased because my hands are unstable and I found it difficult to do trigger point massaged unaided. Works well and feels good to hold.
