Review: Worth the money, wish I bought it sooner - Since being in a car accident a year and a half ago, I've bought several gadgets to try and relieve aches and pains in my neck and back. I bought theracane, big foam roller, small foam roller with teeth, yoga block, lacrosse ball and a theragun, in addition to chiropractor visits and regular massages. Obviously the chiropractor and massages give great relief but they're expensive and not something I can do all the time. I used to be a trained professional dancer and I'm still quite active including pilates and yoga stretching classes. Of all the tools I've purchased, this kit has given me the most relief. Being a former dancer, I have above average flexibility/mobility so it can be difficult to get a deep stretch in the areas that bother me most. I've been having lots of issues in my QLs and other than massages it's difficult to get relief in those areas. The helix roller feels great on my QLs as well as the double ball roller and smaller rollers. The different size rollers each have a different effects on the same area due to their different sizes. The double ball roller is the size of lacrosse balls and the other rollers are smaller. The larger rollers give an overall area massage while the smaller ones give more of a concentrated area massage like fingers. The smaller rollers are also great for the small muscle and tendons that connect at the base of my skull. They also fell great on the face, you don't realize how much tension is held in your face until you use these! The double ball roller on the block give great traction and release to my neck/skull like I experience at the end of my massages. The double helix feels great to roll my back on, the double ball roller is a little too intense for me to roll my back on but maybe I can work my way up to it one day. I always need to pop my thoracic spine but its difficult to do on my own. Laying in the helix roller helps with that. I debated buying this set because of the price and the fact that I've already spent so much on other equipment but now I wish I bought this sooner and in place of a few of the other things I bought. The app gives you tons of ways to treat all the areas of your body and adds tons of value. I definitely recommend downloading it if you buy any of these tools. It may even be helpful to download it first and see what tools are needed for your problem areas to help determine what you should invest in. I'm very pleased and looking at buying a few of the other pieces of equipment from Rad Roller.

Great for the hands, feet, and head. I will say, I wish the branding wasn’t raised and instead just stamped into the ball, in a flush manner. Not enough to subtract a star though.

**Q: Are there instructions w rad rollers?**
A: Yes there are!....All the RAD products come with an instruction manual ;)

**Q: Anyone use these for face rolling like the Yamuna Face Ball?**
A: The small black ball works well for the jawline

**Q: Are these the same quality as the "yoga tune up balls"? how do they compare? how are these different from a lacrosse ball? differences? thx!**
A: No idea what yoga tune up balls are... but I do know these feel a lot better than a lacrosse ball.

I used to use a tennis ball until I found these. I tried these and some other brand, but the different densities on these are excellent. 

If you get this set and two peanut shaped balls from the same company (I recommend blue for the peanuts) you'll be able to work on all parts of your body. My bare minimum travel pack is the green ball and a blue peanut (double roller or whatever rad calls them).

**Q: How firm is the blue one? Like a lacrosse ball? Or like a racquetball? Or something else?**
A: All are the same firmness: not as firm as a lacrosse ball, but harder than a tennis ball. Like those bouncy balls you can buy in the vending machines at the grocery store.

Since being in a car accident a year and a half ago, I've bought several gadgets to try and relieve aches and pains in my neck and back.
