I have a square grid nonstick cooling rack I use for cooling but you can't use those in the oven and I like to bake my bacon to keep a clean kitchen. The problem is you can't fit a pound of bacon on a half sheet baking pan so I bought this. This is great because you can stack three layers of bacon now.It fits the normal "home baking sheet" size which is great for the average user but I like to use official half sheet pans, they're the thick aluminum ones you'd see in a restaurant or commercial kitchen. So, these are a little small for that but it gives me a little extra padding in case some of the bacon hangs over the edge so not a huge deal.I'm not sure I would use these for cooling since I mainly make cookies and I like to make chewy cookies and have found that this style will allow the cookies to sink in between each rung on the rack making some funny looking cookies. For cooling I prefer to use the grid style racks with ~1/2" squares so the cookies have a lot of support.For cleaning, just stick them in the dishwasher, which is great because it makes cleaning up bacon grease a breeze.P.S. The picture shows a pound of bacon so adding the third rack I could do two pounds or pushing them a little closer together I could probably squeeze two pounds on three racks. (I like bacon)

I've used these 4-5 times for cooling cookies and have found them very helpful and space saving. I have limited counter space. They stack very easily and also clean up well. Knowing I have these makes me want to bake cookies. You don't have to stack if you don't want to because the legs fold under and then it is much less tall and you could just them like that.

I can set two of these, side by side and have a nice elevated cook area to bake bacon wrapped jalapenos. The racks are sturdy enough to handle large chicken too. I bought these for cooking purposes but find I grab these racks first when cooling baked goods too. With of their smaller footprint, it makes it easier to spread them out on the counter so I can have more space between freshly made banana bread which allows for quicker cooling than when I would place two loaves on a big cooling rack.

I like the smaller size of this rack. It fits easily on my cookie sheet, so I can cook meats and vegetables without them touching the pan. It also works well to place hot cookies on. With the legs on the bottom to make the rack sit off the counter, the cookies cool faster as more air gets around them. Like most racks, it can be a challenge to clean due to food getting in the corners of the squares, but this is still my favorite rack and the first one I grab!

I bought this for myself and love them. I cooked bacon in the oven and they worked perfectly. I like them so much that I bought them for my two daughters and my son. I love that they are stainless steel and can go in the oven and dishwasher. Great product

I am ready and now have room for all the cookies I am baking this year. I only have a dining room table for cooling baked goods, but now I have loads more room thanks to these 4 stacking racks.

What's to dislike? Brilliant product. Great quality - first class stainless steel, chrome finish. Stacks beautifully if needed or can be used individually. Easy to clean. Highly recommend to anyone cooking/baking in a small space as the stack-ability of this item is space friendly.
