**Q: I have a 40-year old 3-d cell maglite. will litexpress lxb40 fit? i see many reviews from owners of older maglites that stated this lamp is too large.**
A: Yes, it will work if you have an original Maglite 3-7 batteries version having the circumferential inscription on the head, but not if you have a look alike. This LiteXpress Modules can be used: LXB404, LXB525, LXB530 and LXB530S!
For  2 cell only the LXB430 will work!

**Q: Where is this bulb manufactured?**
A: All items are manufactured in China and imported from Germany

**Q: how do you replace the xeon buld on a "New" 6d maglite with this led?**
A: Yes i can and thank you for asking,

to replace the Xenon version and convert to LED Flashlight using the LiteXpress LXB404 Module you have to remove
the Xenon Bulb and the white plastic adapter(just pull it out)  that holds the bulb.

To avoid buying a new MagLight, just change the bulb. It works great and I’d say the light is day and night difference. It’s very bright, and it’s a pure white light, not yellow.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to big did not fit/ see update*

Did not fit in my three cell mag light. it was too big around to go into the existing bulb holder. Returned. This is my Mag light, have had it for 20 years. was hoping for an upgrade but will continue on with the old tried and true. *Update 12/3/19 Was contacted by the seller through Amazon. They explained that a few items had "slipped through that were out of spec and would send me a replacement. It arrived today and I was eager to see if it would fit. It did..alltho it is a REALLY tight fit with a bit of extra pushing I got it in,,,YEA.. Will have to figure out a way to get it out when the time comes, some prying might be in involved. It is bright and seems well made. It came with another lock ring to keep the bulb in place but I stayed with my original because of the knurling on it. (see photos). What I was really impressed with was the sellers customer support. It is the best customer support I have come across in quite a while (not including Amazon's) they have gone out of their way to fix the problem and come through with flying colors. They even included a phone number to contact them directly if I had any questions. well done.
