Review: Wrong weight load supplied. - It's lovely and easy to install and the instructions are easily placed on the plastic cover so it's never lost. However a little bit of your own judgement is required. I ordered a 10kgs gas spring but was supplied a 5kgs one. As I had over compensated on the weight requirement, I have not returned it...... I'm happy with it and the cost was approx the same for both.

**Q: What does this 10 kg means? Will it lift only 10 kgs or will it lift only if it is able to produce a wait load (pulling) of 10 kg?**
A: 10kg means that if the wooden board weight is 10kg then it will work fine, if the wooden door weight is more or less than 10kg then it is recommended to choose gas spring as per the required weight

It's lovely and easy to install and the instructions are easily placed on the plastic cover so it's never lost. However a little bit of your own judgement is required. I ordered a 10kgs gas spring but was supplied a 5kgs one. As I had over compensated on the weight requirement, I have not returned it...... I'm happy with it and the cost was approx the same for both.
