My Surface Pro 6 charger had started to cut out on me and I needed a replacement that wasn't going to cost the world.This charger seems to have done the trick.It runs a little hot at times and from what I'm seeing, perhaps takes slightly longer to charge than the official charger. That may just be my imagination though.The main thing is that it charges and does what I need it to do.

I was looking everywhere for this charger for my Laptop. I went on Amazon I ordered it & it works amazing. It charges my Laptop really fast. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this to replace an original charger which broke. Have used it a few times niw and I would definitely recommend - at least as good as the one that comes with a Surface Pro.

I bought this as I left the original at my brother’s house 180 miles away and it was much cheaper and quicker to get this than have the original couriered. I didn’t read other reviews until I’d ordered it, so was terrified that it would melt, or damage my expensive Surface Pro, but as I need the laptop for work I had no choice but to use it.I found that it didn’t get any warmer than you would expect for an item such as this, even when on for hours. I used it without issue for weeks, but admittedly now I have the original back I just keep it as a spare, but would have no trouble using it again.It is a bit bigger than the original, but not the huge brick some others have described (see photos).

This is a good, fast charger, star rating reduced because It doesn't seem to have as long lasting a life as expected.

Good replacement for the original but not as well constructed as the one from Microsoft. However the price difference makes the difference. Very quick delivery.

The rating is grossly overstated - the system does not allow no stars to be awarded.I bought this as a replacement for a 3 year old item in February 2020. It failed in August. I had noted the alleged 1 year warranty and therefore sent a message to the seller who replied in timely fashion as follows: "Dear CustomerThank you so much for your great support on us.We always take responsibility of our products,Can you give me some detailed descriptions and some pictures?please don’t worry , i will always give you best solution.wish you have a good day!Looking forward to hear from you.Best regardsWOSUK Service Team "I sent a set of photographs and repeated the troubleshooting checks I had done by return on 24th August pointing out that I could not use my Surface until a replacement was provided. I expecting reply in about the same time as the original was received but none has arrived. I have chased on the 26th and later via Amazon message and finally by email on the 28th in which I advised if no satisfactory response was forthcoming I would be obliged to post an appropriate review which I am now doing.Although the adapter performed satisfactorily for nearly 6 months there was clearly something fundamental wrong given there was no sign of any damage to the adapter or the lead/connector.I have to say the lack of communication after the initial message is totally unsatisfactory and shows the seller has no intention of honouring the stated warranty or taking responsibility for its products.
