I was so excited to buy this book because I had seen Jorey Hurley's shop on Etsy - her illustrations are so beautiful! I bought myself a copy and when a friend saw it and expressed how beautiful it was - I bought her one, too. My son loves dogs so this is a perfect book for him!

My child loves this book! It's so simple that my 4 year old "reads" it too (he has memorized it). Very cute book

Brilliantly illustrated; simple beauty captured in both image and word. A classic series in the making following Nest. Recommend for all ages. But of course fantastic for young children. Love it.

Cute story, limited vocabulary which works for the littles.
