A good book by a fire after a day in the field, gave away my hard cover copy and had to buy again. Wish there was a companion volume.

Lovely tales about this wonderful bird, great fall hunts, fine shotguns and dogs. Puts you right in there on the hunt. Must read for any upland hunter
