RockTape Uncut Bulk Kinesiology Tape, Continuous Roll (Packaging May Vary)

My PT uses this tape on me every week, and I have used it for years. Unfortunately Rocktape 2 negatively affects my skin--sometimes I've even had welts from it. But Rocktape 3 EXTRA STICKY is entirely different, and the quality of the tape itself is much better than all the other Rocktape, both 1 and 2 (gentle and regular). The extra sticky tape is thicker than the other products, but I've learned to only order the one with the logo; for whatever reason this tape is superior to the rest. Rocktape 2 often has loose strands--I've had this experience for years. I will say that on a couple occasions it seemed that the extra sticky 3 was actually the regular Rocktape 2. That was really disappointing given the high price point. So if in doubt about the quality, contact them.

Husband puts this tape around his knees just for support every day even though he doesn’t have knee problems. He says the support feels great and reassures him while jogging or doing yard work. He loves the extra sticky tape and says it’s great quality.

As an animal practitioner this works pretty well for short tape jobs, wish it was a little more sticky. RockTape needs to make an equine version. Not bad price for a huge roll and I use a lot of tape but if I want this to stay I need to use vetkin to anchor it. When applied properly it’s stayed about a day or so depending on where it’s taped. If it had more stick it would last longer like other products but still good!

Sticks well during workout. Like the flexibility to cut to the length I desire. However round the square corners to keep the corners from rolling or lifting. Will order again

I’m an LMT and use Rocktape on my clients often. I would recommend 10/10!!!

I use rock tape to stabilize my tub/fib articulation just below my knee. (I tore the ligament in a fall many years ago.) I bought this tape as the price per foot was good and I have to be taped or I can't walk. to my delight, I found ;that each taping lasts at least a day longer than with the non "extra sticky" type. Saves me money and time!

I planned to use it because it stays on better, even when swimming. Unfortunately, I got red, itchy rash from it. The regular kinesiology tape never bothered me at all. No rash. I'll stick to the regular K tape instead of the one with stronger adhesive.,

It was just the extra sticky version and not H20. The box was also broken. If I didn’t need the rock tape and if the tape inside the box was not sealed, I would have returned it. Bigger disappointment to me is that it was advertised as H20 but it’s not.

This is standard (level 2) rock tape, not H20 super sticky. If you know this then the product performs as expected and is just fine but if you need the level 3 tape then this isn't the product for you.

Having torn ligaments in my ankles and playing competitive Badminton i've tested a bunch of different types of tape. Given the sweat, heat, and rubbing during 4hr training sessions this kinesiology tape has held up when others, name brand, have failed. No reaction to the glue for me. Except my face when pulling off the tape and it's stuck to let hair. Lol
