Are these stamdard sized pillows? Can i fit a normal pollow xase on them?

Yes, they'll fit a standard sized pillow case. They're not quite as wide as a usual pillow so the cases have a bit of room to move; but not enough to be a problem in my experience. I've used these pillows for 2 years.

I noticed the pillows are compressed and rolled to package ,I want to know how long it will take to rebound to normal size ? Thank you!
