This reference targets graduate nutrition students, dietetic interns, and practicing dietitians. This reference easily incorporates the Nutrition Care Process for parenteral and enteral nutrition based on 2008 Commission on Accreditation of Dietetic Education Standard II and is updated to reflect changes from the 2011 edition of the International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology. Each aspect of nutrition care is covered with foundational and refereed resources. It is well worth having this in any professional library.

For my needs this book is concise and very clear. A must have if you are involved in either EN or PN.

If I had it to do over, I would have gotten a CEU study guide from ASPEN.
