I bought 2 and intended the other to be a gift.Here's what you can expect if mine is any indication. It is attractive and the fact that it is small is perfect to me. That's not the problem.When you put the incense cone on top of the burner, lining up the holes in each, the back flow smoke is all over the place. Once or twice it actually flowed down the waterfall channel itself, mostly it has not. So I bought cones from another source thinking I may have duds and the same thing occurs. There doesn't seem to be a way to "unplug" the hole in the burner which I thought might be a reason. I have no idea why the back flow won't flow properly. I have gently nudged it over and over trying to line it up. The process is not relaxing at all. Frustrating is a better description of the result.So I have settled on using it with my regular stick incenses. They have better fragrance anyway. There is a hole on the base for mounting sticks. In other words I am not able to enjoy the back flow feature which is the advertised draw.It's more hassle to me to return it than to just keep it.

This was a perfect addition to my home office. It is smaller than I expected, which I actually really liked, and looks so delicate.I purchased a different brand of incense cones since I wanted a very specific vanilla aroma. Nonetheless, I made sure to align the little hole on the cone on top of the perforation of the burner and it produced a lovely and hypnotic smoke flow. It lasted roughly 8 minutes but the entire house has smelled like sweet vanilla for hours now.It does produce a sticky stain on top of the burner as well as wherever the smoke hits around it. I placed it on top of a wooden 7" base and any staining was limited to it, worked like a charm! Once cooled, I washed the burner thoroughly and voila, just like new!I recommend it, it's a sweet little interesting addition at a reasonable price point.

I like the way it looks and works but one of the feet were broken off. I had to glue it back on. To muchtrouble to send it back, you can still tell it was broken. Need to package it better

I absolutely love this. I impulse bought this and couldnt be happier. It works amazing by following the instructions on the description of the item. I wish it was a little bigger and the cones lasted longer but it is beuatiful. I was so glad to see it came with a little rag for under the burner. I prefer to use sticks but the cones are cool to show off to friends. (The pebble at the bottom is mine)

Every night before I go to bed I sit in bed with a cup of tension tamer tea add a cone and watch this burn as I think of the day I had and how grateful I am for what I learned. It's so serene and since I've had it, it's become my night ritual. I have it placed on a tall stand facing my bed. It's durable but place a cloth under it as the smoke does stain.

When I first got this I was taken aback by how small this was. The hole at the top didn’t look large enough for air to flow throw let alone the smoke. So I gave it a try and it worked so well. The incense burned for a good 5 minutes before coming to an end. It is so pretty and perfect for a desk.

Thickness of the package was plenty. The ceramic arrived intact. Made a great gift.
