Won’t fit VT 700C
Do not buy this for the Honda 700, it doesn’t work. This has a two wire attachment and needs a 4 wire. Unable to modify as it breaks down within 50 miles. Comes from China, so not able to return. The one I received was used as it had fuel smell already from someone else trying it.

Worked fine
Worked for my application. I needed to empty an auto fuel tank but the smallest line I could get in was 1/4" o.d. tubing, and so siphoning was ruled out. Hooked up a 12V power supply (used a long extension cord to connect so spark and gas combination weren't a problem) and used some appropriately rated tubing to connect the two and it worked fine. As other's mentioned though it had fuel in it when it arrived (probably used?) and the protective covers were also beat up, and so I took a star off for that.

Good Replacement
Replaced original pump on !986 Shadow Vt 700c, Fits good and works good, but does require you to rewire the plug, it only has 2 wires, Honda has 3, one of which you don't use. Honda has a power wire for shutting down the fuel pump if you drop your bike on its side, the other wire only has power when you engage the starter, don't use this wire.

Works Great
This pump is just like the older diaphragm pumps from years ago. Pumps till the pressure is reached then stops and only gives another pump as the pressure drops a bit. This keeps the gas at just the right pressure. Too bad it can't be rebuilt like the older ones, but I guess you can't have everything. Love it for the price. Can't go wrong.

Stopped working after 5 minutes!
The pump stopped working after about 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time on this product. Of course the return window had closed. Not a quality product

Do not buy
Does not fit a 1983 Shadow VT750. It might pump fuel but it won't fit in the place its supposed to go.
