BEST KICKS IN THE WORLD FOR OVER-PRONATING ACCIDENT PRONE ATHLETES. LOL
I love Mizuno. I have nothing negative to say. I bought these shoes after extensive reviews and try-on's all over at many, many shoe retailers. They are perfect for me because I have terrible ankles, supinated/over pronated. I was a gymnast for 16 years, my ligaments and tendons are all stretched out, and because of this I rolled my ankles ALL THE TIME... on carpet.. on linoleum... on dirt... It didn't matter the terrain. I wore ankle braces on both feet when I would do ANY athletic activity...even beach volleyball! I love these kicks! I ran through BOOT CAMP wearing these and didn't roll my ankles not once. They seem specially formulated to stabilize the outer heel edges to prevent that. I have bought most major brands, and I wore them out, but always wore an ankle brace regardless... with these I STOPPED wearing my braces 2 weeks in, because I felt stabile. I doubt Ill ever try another brand. Now I did try different models of the Mizuno as well... and the Creation was the most comfortable to me. I love the mesh front because my feet stay cool when Im running... no stinky shoes either. The con to having the mesh... it will shred depending on activity. Typical run/walk activity no worries.... Boot camp...they get beat up quickly..Color... is true to the picture, even though its advertised as RED.. its got a SMALL teeny tiny amount of red leather in the very front of the sneaker.... otherwise it BRIGHT HOT FUSHIA PINK.Inner sole is soft and comfortable, however, I did add an extra insole after a few months of running.

my fav running shoe ever
since my feet are a wreck, i have a great deal of trouble finding comfortable running shoes... i broke my right foot in 9 places several years ago, and my left foot has problems from all the years of compensating...for me, mizuno is the only brand of running shoe that is both comfortable and supportive! i have to buy a larger size than my usual 8 1/2 in order to make it work, but the 9 1/2's are perfect... no rubbing with the smooth inner lining, and great impact support, as well as stability for a moderate overpronater...i wear these on the trail and on the treadmill with no problems...and had no "breaking in" period ~ they were comfortable from the first wear... I'll be buying another pair soon!

GREAT RUNNING SHOE
LOVE these shoes! This is the 2nd pair of the Wave Creation 14 that I have purchased. I knew they had been discontinued, so I bought the Wave Creation 15, but didn't like them as much as I have this style.( The 15's are wider and don't fit like the 14's do.)I was very happy when I found them on Amazon. I wish MUZINO would bring this exact shoe back to their line. I want to wear them with everything because the are so comfortable. I have a high arch and also tend to walk on my heels. This shoe is very supportive and my feet and legs feel good after wearing them all day.

Usually a Brooks gal
I opted to try the Mizuno when my original Brooks style was discontinued. I'd used Mizuno for softball gear and checked out their website to find if they had a running shoe for me. The review showed that these were the closest in comparison to what I was wearing in Brooks. I am extremely happy with the purchase and love the way these feel! I have high arches and run slightly pronated with limited flexibility in my ankles. They run a little tight to begin with, but stretch out to a perfect fit after about 3 or 4 uses (1-2 hours of running/working out). I would definitely look into Mizuno for my next pair of running shoes.

More for a heavier runner?
I ordered this shoe along with the Mizuno Wave Rider. According to Road Runner Sports catalog description of this very same shoe, the Creation is a neutral shoe but for slightly heavier runners. The shoe felt great until I tried running in it. The wave plate felt stiff and my knees were aching afterwards, so I surmise that this shoe is more for someone a tad heavier than me and who needs that extra support. Beautiful shoe though, and I gave it a 3 not because of the design but the description within Amazon should have mentioned that this shoe may be for runners that are heavier.

my 5th pair of mizunos
I really like mizunos for my running shoes. They've never let me down before so I always go back to them. Word of caution though, this sizes will mess with you. For example, I normally wear a size 6.5-7 in any other shoe but with running shoes, I like a little bit of extra room so my toes don't get bruised (normally I would get a size 7 in any athletic shoe) But I always have to get size 8 with mizunos to keep everything perfect. :)

All around great shoe!
I got these shoes because I supinate when I run and have been suffering from shin splints. I did a little research and found that these shoes were recommended. I've put about 15 miles on these shoes so far and my shins feel great. They have less cushioning than the Asics I switched from. They are a great neutral shoe and pretty light weight. They are not as flexible I anticipated but this seems to be helping not hurting.

I've been converted
I've never worn Mizuno before and decided to take a chance on this. After all, if Wendy Davis could stand for umpteen hours in it, there must be something to it right? I have plantar fasciitis, and extraordinary heel pain. I've been looking for comfortable running shoes with good arch support and cushioning for my heel. This shoe doesn't fit the bill 100% but it comes pretty darn close. I've worn it for a few days now, and while I could use slightly more arch support and heel cushioning, I haven't come home and been in excruciating pain after wearing for a few hours. It's been quite a relief really! It's now my go-to shoe anytime I have to step out. And it's very pretty too!
