Q: Photo shows clear and tinted lense. So that makes it confusing. Both clear and tinted?

Mine are tinted and its about a medium tint. It is good enough that you can face the sun riding and see fine. They fit over my prescription glasses which is why I bought them. They don't fog up. The fit to your face is soft and comfortable. I know that is more than you asked for but I'm pretty happy with mine.

Q: Do these block all blue light?

they seem to block blue lights really well

Q: Do the polarized ones have uv protection?

the lenses will block UV light up to 400 nanometers (100% UVA & UVB rays)

Q: Are these Z87 rated? If they are, it will be marked on the lens or frame.

So far I haven't found a good solution for over the prescription eyeware glasses from any manufacturer on Amazon market.
