If the coffee drop to fast just simply press the filter down tightly and give it a little twist. 4. Stir the hot coffee and the sweetened condensed milk well. Simple contraption that makes it easy to make a small batch of coffee with minimal cleanup, no waste, and little fuss. This is not a weighty piece of equipment and there is a very, very faint metallic taste that no one else in my house can discern, but my overly-sensitive palate can detect it. It also works well in a pinch for straining and pressing a cup of loose leaf tea when all the fine strainers are in the washer (ahem). Overall, I recommend it for a low-coffee consumption household looking to cut waste, avoid plastic, and avoid the more fragile-but-expensive pieces of brewing equipment. You’ll find this cheaper in a local China market, but they generally don’t deliver to your door.
