Very sturdy. The OG of steppers and great too for laying on it to do weight training if you don’t want to lay on the floor. Non slip. It is long since it’s the original. Hard to find a place to store the whole thing. It can work as a place to put potted plants that’s easily wipeable.

Just got this today & was quick. Package had a small dent but all was good. No defects. Just like the stepping bench I had in Zumba up to 2013 when could no longer go to class cause I tore a tendon from just running up my sidewalk. I need to get back to stepping & I cleared my center of LR & fits perfect. I watched a 20” beginner you tube video & I remember the moves & more. It will get your heart rate up & tone all muscles. I will use my Tone 1lb sand weight gloves & move my arms. I’ll be 65 in 3 months & will be doing at home with my MJ Thriller CD I love to help get me motivated. This is sturdy & hope to graduate to the 1st then 2nd riser but safety is more important & 1riser is pretty high, esp just getting back to it. I hope the material on top lasts. After reviewing many, this seemed the best. I will be wearing my ASICS Gel Nimbus shoes too. All I have to do is shift my end table back & put it under it if company comes. Will fit under couch without risers also.

This is an awesome stepper. I bought extra risers to up the level. I am not a small person, at 180lbs , it is stable, easy to move for different locations, and at 73 years old, I can do sit -to- stand exercises as well. Just started using it, but can already tell it's about strength and mobility to me. It can be an easy workout, or as difficult as you want.

SOLID!! Also a bit bigger than others, but I have zero concerns about this breaking down like some others do that are cheaper. I bought another step about the same time as this that was half as expensive...it was also about half the size, and made in China, so I didn't even open the box once I saw how well this one was made. I also got the square version of this so I could get this up to the full 12" so I can use it for YMCA step test for fitness evaluations with clients. I could have just bought the extra risers, but they are smaller sized and the money was the same to just get the 12" square step that has 4 risers itself. It is solid as a rock and no wiggle with 4 risers under each side. Side note: I sent first one back because adhesive on top was not applied well and had air bubbles below it, but second one was fine and the tread has great traction.

I purchased this since it was used in the Kim Kardashian workout videos I purchased. This is my first step and it looks like the same one used in the video. So far I'm pretty pleased with it. It seems to be good quality with lots of thought put into how the product is used- yes a step seems very simple, but this one does have some nice details. I like that I can have 3 different heights to vary my workout. Also, it's clear safety was considered, I have carpeted floors and it does not budge! Even trying to scoot it across after I'm done working out doesn't work! haha. You have to actually pick it up and move it. Also, the top grip surface helps a lot. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself when you're trying to get in shape by using some cheap equipment. It was a bit pricey, but I managed to get a used one on here that wasn't so bad, but it still seems worth it. The only negatives I can think of- the risers do not really "click" in- the step just sits on top of them. It's annoying when going to move it or flip it over because they do not stay on. Doesn't affect the use of the product, because it's still very stable, even when jumping around on it. More of an annoyance than anything. Also, if you are doing pushups or something the grips on the top really dig into my hands and it's too uncomfortable to use that way. I may have to try someone's suggestion to put a towel over for that or Kim wore little gloves in her tape. But again, it keeps it safe when you're stepping. Overall, I would purchase again and it's definitely a must for some workouts. I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons. I'd rather spend a little more and get a better quality product than skimp and risk safety or have something that seems like it will break.

It is the size of the steppers in the gym. Strong and stable. I can do step workouts at home. The bench doesn't move when I use it and I don't feel any give in it going on and off. I like the extra length. The length is good for laying on and doing bench exercises without having to get a weight bench. I don't have a lot of space so I tried the shorter ones. Didn't like them at all. So I decided I'll have to make the room. Glad I did. It stays in the open where I use it until I have company. Then I take it apart and put it aside so no one trips on it. As for the complaints about the risers not being stored inside the step for storage and moving, I agree that is convenient I liked it. But for what I want, that is not a deal breaker. So I finally got rid of the other one I've had and got this. Glad I did.
