Does this have the same active ingredients as Nasacort?

Nasalcrom contains cromolyn sodium (not a steroid as in Nasacort). Cromolyn sodium stabilizes the mast cell membranes to prevent release of allergens. It has no long term side affects. It only works as a prevention - thus must use before exposure and only typically lasts 4-6 hours. Hope this helps.

If the sprayer appears intact inside, try pumping the spray bottle several times to prime the pump. Otherwise, I would contact the seller or the manufacturer

Is this lliadin? i look for it online . i am sent to this page. got it in thailand and it works better than nasonex and flonaise. is this lliadin?

I can't answer your question as I'm not familiar with Iliadin. I do know this has few if any side effects and it works for me. You can use this in addition to nasonex and flonase or any other allergy medicine. It has been available for over 40 years, but for some reason is not widely used.
