Try these if you have inflammation or edema.
I take with NAC after doing my research. I started taking the NAC first for a coupleof weeks. After taking these in addition for only a few days... wow! The difference is very apparent for me. I suffer very badly with edema, also my histsmine levels have been higher than my pills can keep up with recently and it makes me swell up. After just days of taking these the histsmine inflammation is just gone! My edema is also being affected in a good way. My skin is tighter due to the reduction in inflammation and water. Also my digestive issues are better. I'm looking forward to what the next few months bring given the effect it's had already. Would recommend trying the small pouch to try them. Good quality product

Titanium dioxide
I was looking forward to trying these but sadly I found they contained Titanium Dioxide as a filler.There is research on this stating the Titanium Dioxide is cancer forming. I had opened them but had to disperse of them for this reason
