great for beginners but flight time is less than 5 minutes on mine and cant use outside unless perfect calm day

I really wanted to love this SYMA helicopter. It is incredibly fun to fly and very stable, making it perfect for beginners or kids who are just learning the ropes. The altitude hold works well and it’s quite intuitive right out of the box.Unfortunately, I had to return it due to a major design flaw with the charging system. Unlike other models that use a dependable barrel-style plug (similar to an audio jack), this model uses a tiny wire harness connector. The connection was extremely loose and would not stay seated, which meant the helicopter wouldn't charge.It’s a shame because the flight performance is great, but if you can't reliably power it up, it’s useless. I’d recommend looking for a model with a more secure charging port.I did buy the SYMA S107H and it does have a better charger plug, I totally recommend that model over this one.

My 9 yr old son is obsessed with helicopters and this was perfect for him. Its durable enough for a beginner and to survive countless crashes. Please read the manual because sometimes after crashes it will need to be recalibrated. Also, it never hurts to have an eyeglass repair kit for the extra screws should you lose one or two. Only complaint, the 15 min max air time. Still worth every penny.

This RC helicopter is sooo cool. It flies very stable and after a few tries I got it working. The battery doesn’t last super long, but the charging is pretty fast. Very durable! The rotor blades never broke when it crashed. Speed is good, and it looks very good. Overall a great RC helicopter.

And after contacting seller for help, they do not honor warranty as it is a consumable part but is also not possible to find compatible spares anywhere.Buyer beware.

Perfect helicopter toy , very easy to fly , Perfect for beginners. Only for indoor use , my kids love it.
