great product using for online streaming with vpn. I use Apple TV mostly as far superior as all my smart home products are Siri integrated but using this for content that I can’t get via Apple TV & my sky q. 4K is good quality and this small device packs a punch. Prime tv is great on here and the simplicity is fantastic too. I don’t use Alexa hence the one star as I sold all my Alexa based devices over the superior voice control of Siri and also the securer and simplistic layout of homekit. For the price you really can’t go wrong.

Purchased 2 for home, set up one and is working perfectly, the second remote isn't working and had to contact support, not so great to get replacement, have to wait 2 days to have it delivered to me, if I lived in a remote area I'd understand, but this is an Amazon product and I live in London, not a great service tbh.

Much faster than my old fire stick and not glitchy at all I can’t fully comment on picture quality because it is being used in a good quality but non 4K screen . I can state that the picture quality is much better than my old fire stick on my screen and at least matches the picture from my TiVo box . I am using the optional Ethernet connection not WiFi. Pleased with my purchase as the smart features of my elderly LG 3D telly weren’t up to much by today’s standards

Very simple setup and had it working quickly. I have seen some comments about not being able to enter lower case characters in the WiFi password. This is not a problem, but you need to use the 'Aa' case option in the lower left side of the keyboard to toggle. It worked first time for me. The remote is working fine. It can take several attempts to get the volume working. I haven't got voice activation working, but the menu options are so easy to use, you don't really need it. Good value and recommended.

It's a great product. Certainly worth the money. There are so many free apps you can download too. The only problem I found was getting the back off the remote to put the batteries in.. OMG. Now that was a challenge... 30 mins and half a dozen youtube videos later, I finally found a way to get the back off. The remote is smooth so you can't get a grip. Wearing rubber gloves on both hands solves that plus a bit of strength. Not looking forward to the batteries running out. Apart from that. Top product
