Just as described! It lovely and a quality item .My daughter is 3 years old, but she is a little smal. Tends to use 2T (to a perfect fit) So Igues the sizing would be as expected in a average size Kid. I ask for a 3T really expecting it to be a little large. I tend to ask my mon to fix it with the sewing machine so is fine.I recommend 100% percent.
