If you like BBQ meats you wont have to worry about the shelf life. I have never had friends or family complain about my BBQ

Its good on chickenWe call it crazy chicken.You have to melt butter first then put some of the mix in with The butter then pour itOver the chicken and cook.Chicken wings on the grill.Its great with hamburgers u can mix in the meat or put the season on and cook its the best I won't go without.Remember the butter enjoy!
