I got this size because a big area of my back was in severe pain. It did the job. It was comfortable to use. It is bigger than what I usually use. It's good quality & should last a long time.

It's a great ice pack it gets really cold, but it doesn't harden too much you can still fold the ice pack and it big enough to cover a wider area.

This product was a life saver. Had a complete knee replacement. And having these to use during the day and on trips to the doctor. Very beneficial I do highly recommend. They stay cold for a long time .the quality is better then described.
