Loved this book but need to repurchase in print
Loved this book but need to repurchase in print. I originally purchased the book as a kindle read. It is great for reading, however, there are a number of things you would want to come back to again and again so I think it would be nice to have it in print too. Louise Hay always has a wonderful way of explaining things. I'm definitely on the path to good health.

I was disappointed with this particular book
Keeping in mind that I am very fond of Louise Hay and the work she offers for our benefit, I was disappointed with this particular book. I expected there to be more recipes and information about how food affects us under various conditions. It was very informative & well put together; just not what I was seeking.Respectfully offering Peace & Joy,Dale Anais duCoeur

I love this because I understand her words
Louise L. Hay saved my life back in the 1980s, with her first book and tape on self-healing. She is doing it again! I love this because I understand her words, her meaning and her message. She makes the subject of health actually interesting, and with her common sense approach, she encourages us to think, listen...and learn! It is working for me, and after only one week of following her guidelines, I'm really feeling better. Thank you again, Louise!

So far, I've tried several recipes, and all were simple, delicious, and are super healthy. The "Celery Root Mash" is a lovely, comforting dish, like mashed potatoes, but half the carbs. My daughter loves it. Also, there is a lot of good information in the book.

If you are a Louise Hay fan, you may like this book. I like Louise, but wasn't very impressed with the recipes; I found them to border on macrobiotic. I have nothing against macrobiotics, there are positives, but it can be limiting and call for sometimes hard to find items. The affirmations, however, are excellent, but they are in other books authored by Louise.

Tells You What It Takes to Be Healthy & Happy!
I love this book! It has so much great information and so many fantastic suggestions. Louise Hay, Ahlea Khadro and Heather Dane all contribute their own insights into achieving better health, from daily positive affirmations to food selections and recipes. It's a very comprehensive look at what it takes to be healthy and happy... and the two go hand in hand! If you're struggling with your health, I highly suggest you check this out!

Highly recommend for anyone with health issues
I am still reading it, but what I have read is really good and a great reminder that we don't have to "fight" anything to get healthy....just the opposite.....love yourself to health. I am currently experiencing breast cancer and loving myself enough to get healthy is a wonderful concept.

A must have if you are looking to change your eating habits
I have been reading and researching clean eating for a while and just as I decided to finally give it a go I came across this book. I love Louise L Hay and her two friends who co-wrote this book with her Heather Dane and Ahlea Khandro are so knowledgeable. Their tips and recommendations helped me put my own menu together and I must say I feel fantastic! I am in my late 30's and kept having aches and pains, back pain, fatigue etc. Diet has cured me, I lost 10 kilo in 6 months and feel like I have felt in my 20's. The vitamin and supplements guide in this book is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Easy to read helping me enormously.
I wish I had found this book years ago, easy to read changing my way of thinking I have bought a couple of her books now if you feel you need help this is the book for you.

One of the best books on well-being there is!
I've been a fitness instructor and a nutritional advisor and this book contains everything you need to know about being healthy. Forget fad diets, use the advice in the book and you won't go wrong.

A wonderful read
As usual from Louise Hay, a wonderful read. Makes you think about the food you eat and leaves you loving yourself and at peace. A must for anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing.
