FlotecE75STVT Sewage Pump, 170 Gpm, 3/4 Hp, 115 V, 9 A, 60 Hz, 2 in Npt Outlet, Cast Iron

Replaced a 1/3 HP Flowtech Pump that was made from plastic, though the plastic didn't fail, the motor did. Using as a sewage pump from outbuilding to my main septic tank and it works flawlessly pumping over 250 feet to the septic tank.

The pump worked but the float was broke. Had to go buy a new float.

I replace my old pump that was the same horse power. I have been using it now for 1 year, and after pump get water inside it and burn complitely, seems this pump has no good sealing.

The float switch is defective

This pump is amazing. I always keep one on hand just in case. I would not feel comfortable with any other product.

Reliability

I pulled this out of the box, plugged it in and it would not run. Not even a hit of power going to the unit. Manually activated the float switch and nothing, tried plugging the pump in directly to the outlet, bypassing the float switch and still nothing. Because it took me over 30 days to get to this project after I purchased it, the company would do NOTHING to help me resolve the problem. The manufacturer is of no help either. Complete waste of $320, do not purchase!!!

Had one for 3 yrs works fine unless washrags or anything cloth will not grind and stops the motor.
