This is a fairly light-weight pan so I don't know how well it will hold up over time but the non-stick surface seems very good. I noticed the same problem as other reviewers, with oil, eggs, liquids sliding to the outsides of the pan (away from the center) from the first use, but since nothing sticks to the surface it hasn't presented too much of a problem. I don't care if my eggs run together or not, but if you do, this may not be the griddle for you. Also, the center is hotter than the outside edges of the griddle so food does not cook evenly without moving it around. It does a good job and is easy to clean, so I am happy, thus far. The company says it can go in the dishwasher but I don't do that with any of my pots and pans and don't plan to start now. Today I edited my original evaluation and upgraded it to 5 stars from my initial 4. What I had failed to notice was that you did not need to add additional oil to the griddle before cooking (except when seasoning the pan). I tried cooking eggs today with no added oil and they cooked perfectly and slid right onto the teflon spatula with no sticking. Imagine...fried eggs with no added oil! Also, I did note that the pan worked better at unusually low temperatures (I cooked the eggs at a click below medium-low). The pan instructions say to warm the pan for 3 minutes on low heat and then cook the food. Low heat was a tad too low on my stove and clicking it one click more was perfect. Also, by using the lower heat, the sausage I cooked later cooked evenly and did not brown unevenly like it did when I used medium heat yesterday. So by making some adjustments to cooking techniques, I was able to cook a delicious and healthier breakfast.

The pan is certainly versatile in that its shape can fit onto a single burner and yet addas generous cooking surface. I found it to be more than adequate for large amounts of food. cooking eggs, singles or scrambled, is a breeze. The handle is very nice, soft, large, and grippy. Care while cooking has to be taken as the borders are not too tall and some food could spill over. Perfect for cooking eggs, pancakes, grilling fish or steaks, vegetables, etc., but nothing with any amounts of sauce for the reason mentioned: the borders are not too tall. What I did find was that the much touted non-stick it's not so much: I cooked some eggs the first time and had to scrape the stuck remains upon washing, and I cooked single eggs. However, it does appear that using a little bit of oil or butter would solve the problem, but it defeats the purpose of having a non-stick surface. Overall, I'm generally satisfied, its main use will be at the campsite. Giving it four-stars for its non-stick failure.

My husband (the cook of the family) loves this Griddle. He puts it over 2 of our electric burners and cooks 2 or 3 or more different things at the same time. Great for breakfasts. He says the heat distribution is very good. It is easy to clean (my job).

Purchased this 6 months ago and everything is sticking to it. I had to toss it! Super frustrating as the price is rather high. Will not purchase again.

It's 2026 and I'm finally getting a new one. Lasted a good while. Worth the money, great quality.

I have 6 months using this product and espite this is not for induction stoves, it works really good!!!. I brought it to cook "tortillas" and it is amazing!!! I have used it to cook fish and many other things and it is working really good. I would buy it again, but so far, it is in perfect conditions that I thinkt it will last long!.

Considero buena compra, calidad, precio y servicio. Tengo poco con el, pero ha funcionado muy bien, no se pega nada, calienta de manera uniforme, muy práctico.

This griddle is completely non-stick, there is no need to use any oil. I use it primarily for breakfast, making pancakes. They turn out perfectly brown. I love it!!
