Review: Protected Fully Submerged Items in a River for 6+ Hours - I purchased the 20L size for a group trip of 8 individuals to float the river and this bag was an absolute hit. I was able to fit everyone’s personal items (phones, wallets, etc.), everyone’s clothing/ cover ups, a JBL Charge speaker, and had significant room for more. Although so much could fit inside, the bag was not oversized or bulky in any way. Despite the chutes and rough areas of the water, the items inside stayed completely dry throughout the 5 hour float. They were also easily accessible when needed to. The strap and waterproof feature is easy and clear to maneuver. When I made this purchase, I somehow missed that the bag came with a waterproof phone pouch, so this was an extra bonus/ surprise. Embarrassingly enough, I took the strap from around my neck and dropped my phone in the river. My phone was fully submerged and lost in the river for approximately 6 hours. Thankfully, a kind samaritan went snorkeling that evening and was able to locate my phone in the waterproof pouch, completely unharmed. I cannot recommend this purchase enough. The only “cons” that I have are that the backpack straps connect to the bag by large clip that is essentially placed in the same spot as your shoulders. Therefore carrying the bag on bare shoulders (with your bathing suit only) can be a little uncomfortable. Also, the products would greatly benefit from being able to float themselves (in case someone like me happens to drop them). Regardless, the bag and phone pouch did exactly what they were supposed to do and helped a group of 8 people. Everyone asked for the link and were so impressed by its functionality and cute appearance. JUST BUY IT, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

I haven't actually tested that part out yet, and to be completely honest, I’m not sure if I’d trust the quality of it enough to submerge my phone. But even without using the phone case, the main bag itself is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you need a reliable dry bag!

I purchased this dry bag for our most recent trip to the Bahamas, and I’m so glad we had it. We used it almost every day throughout the trip, especially during water sports and other activities around the water. I really like the versatility of this bag. It comes with a strap that can be attached to carry it like a backpack, or you can remove the strap and use the top handle. The size I chose was perfect for our family of five and gave us plenty of room to keep our wallets, phones, and other personal belongings together in one place. The bag is waterproof when used properly, but it is important to understand that it isn’t designed to be completely watertight if fully submerged underwater. We had no issues with anything getting wet during our trip when we used it as intended, and it gave us peace of mind knowing our belongings were protected. Another great feature is how easily the bag compresses when you’re not using it, making it easy to pack in your luggage for travel. I’d rather have it with me and not need it than be around water without one.
