Much cheaper and faster than Audi Service Center
This was by far the cheapest repair on my 2014 Audi Q5 ever! It fit perfectly and it took about 8 minutes to change out the old failed supports and replace them with these new ones. I saw several reviews that said that they only lasted a year or so before they failed but at $37, 2 day shipping, and 8 minutes to replace, I would certainly go with these again if necessary!

Easy Installation and Smooth Operation
The rear lid on my 2012 Q5 would not raise all the way, even after I set the height by using the power lift gate switch hold process. (The Q5 power hatch lift height is adjustable, so that persons of any height can reach the lid and close it more easily.)These new springs gave it the extra push to keep the tailgate at the maximum height. The lid also opens more smoothly because the motor is not straining.This is the second time I purchased Tuff Support springs for an Audi from Parts Avenue. The installation is about the same difficulty level as installing wiper blades - except that you should have another person holding the hatch when you swap the old springs for new springs.
