Very good. Digesting this pasta is much easier and healthier.The pasta slow dehydration method is an ancient system that has been replaced by the industry, with more quicker means.The slow dehydration takes more time but it’s much better for our guts. Pasta manufactured with slower time and lower temperature are much easier to digest.
