I received estimates in the thousands, to install an underground sprinkler system. I purchased the orbit sprinkler system and it works perfectly! The complete sprinkler system came in 1 box all the parts were there and in perfect condition. The system was super easy to install after watching 1 or two YouTube videos. In one day I had a fully operational underground sprinkler system. All the sprinkler heads worked perfectly , the spray adjustments were easy and No leaks in any of the connections! Here are my suggestions do not get the kit with the wifi water timer ! I spent hours with orbit support team and it just would not work! Period! The manual timer works perfect! Lastly.. plan your loop carefully...you only get so many 90° elbows to make your turns! My suggestion is to by the bigger kit .....which i did not do..its not that much more in cost and you have a lot of extra parts!!! Any way my total cost for my new front lawn was $300 vs 1000s$300 included*the orbit sprinkler system* top soil* grass seed*hayGreat product! I highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Installed this in the back yard last year and just finished the front yard. For the money, best lawn upgrade ever. Super simple, app controls it flawlessly. I’ve recommended this product to tons of people. Love it.

Pretty easy to install. The sprinklers do not throw as far as they say but they do ok. I have had to replace a sprinkler head already but it’s not too difficult to de either.

Works great, better than I expected! I ran hose under my deck before burying to make sure the system would work as needed. The throw on the heads is a bit shorter than the chart prescribes, but it works fine. I am only using 5 heads instead of 6 (max prescribed per zone). My pressure is right in the middle of the acceptable range, although I did have an issue calibrating the app for water flow as my setup takes about 40 seconds of full water pressure to raise all the heads, longer if my other hose bib is running. Please with the setup, installed in less than 2 hours without burying. LOVE the wifi timer (but wished it worked with Smart Things). Considering expanding.

Worked great for about two months, when we bought it in October 2022. Then the season was over. Got it out of storage in February 2023 and it worked great until today. I noticed it wasn't watering my lawn. The app, Google Home, and the lights on the device indicated it was a connection issue. Updated the app, reconnected the wifi hub to wifi and Bluetooth, then updated its firmware. Went outside to do the same for the hose timer, with fresh barriers for good measure. The two required devices are about ten feet from each other and that distance hasn't been a problem for months. After an hour of trying to get the hose timer to work again, followed every troubleshooting step Orbit has multiple times, I gave up and followed the instructions in the app to call customer service. My hold time wasn't as long as hundreds of people on the internet were complaining about, but the person who took my call was a jerk. The connection wasn't great, he talked fast, he was condescending and even argumentative. He read off what I was supposed to look for wrong and then argued with me that it has to be there and I should know because, "As you said, you've had the device for less than a year." Worst customer service experience I've had in a good while. Bottom line, it's a firmware problem. Devs are "working on it." No ETA. I'll get an email at some indefinite time that will either tell me it's fixed or tell me it's still "being worked on by devs." What was a modern inconvenience I'm sure the devs will //eventually// fix got my blood pressure going because of curt, jerk "customer service." Exactly why I don't call these types of companies, figuring they'll sort out their software uh-oh eventually. Should have ignored the app's multiple prompts to call. This company's customer service does not deserve your extra dollars for their "smart" wifi hubs and hose timers upsell.

I was able to install this entire system in a day, including layout, trenching, and installation. It has been working flawlessly for a month now. Highly recommend this system to anyone that wants to add a simple irrigation system to their lawn. The enclosed 125ft of line was not enough to finish my job, but I was able to find the same line at ACE Hardware down the street for $35 / 100ft. The app monitors rain, and delays watering automatically. I don't even pay attention to the system anymore, just let it run. Easy, simple, inexpensive. Perfect.
