This magazine holder from Orpaz is a very well made and sturdy piece of equipment!! My Glock 19 Gen 4 magazines fit perfectly...not too tight and not loose at all!! The tension screw on the holder is capable of either loosing or tightening the resistance between your magazines and the devise. It is extremely comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. Be assured this mag holder will stand up to the greatest amount of abuse you can expose it to, and come out a winner!! It fits very securely and will never "fall off" while walking, running, or rolling on the ground. I have put this holder through its paces, and feel extremely confident in its ability to serve me well for many years. There are less expensive and more expensive mag holders......but you will not find a better holder with the same features as this one!! I would tell you that you can trust the quality and craftsmanship of Orpaz and bet your life ( literally) that it will perform flawlessly regardless of the duty or situation you may face when seconds count. I like the fit and feel. I have 9mm and .40 double stacked mags. With the retention screw bottomed out, the mags are a little loose. If I turn it upside down, the left one slides slowly out. If i shake it lightly, both fall out. I can fix it with some textured adhesive strips. It's far easier than refund and hunt for a different one. Otherwise, out of the box, it risks the mags falling out.

Has fairly good retention (of magazines) and seems to stay secure to my belt even while doing some light sprinting and footwork, Only reason I'm not five staring is there is a little bit of extra back and forth slop on the magazines I'm going to maybe find a way to fill that gap, and while there seems to be enough retention to run both magazines in the same direction it looks like they're meant to mirror each other. Not how I personally would have designed it.
