Essentials of Human Development: A Life-Span View (New 1st Editions in Psychology)

It was a book in very nice condition. Unfortunately, it was the wrong book for my class.

I got this book for my Developmental Psychology class. It's thorough without being exhaustingly long, which is great! It contains all the information you need about the developmental stages, but it isn't completely boring like many other textbooks can be. The chapters are just the right length; not too short, but not too long. There are plenty of diagrams, and the key terms are easily found throughout the book. The end of each chapter sums everything up nicely, without being a complete replacement for the chapter itself (meaning that you will still need to read the chapter to fully grasp the concepts). All in all, this is probably one of the better textbooks that I have had to deal with!

Great read. Needs more value and ethical approaches to Spiritual Development for each stage of life.Overall, very knowledgeable material for everyday life.
