5.11Tactical Men's Active Work Pants, Superior Fit, Double Reinforced, 100% Cotton, Khaki, 36W x 32L, Style 74251

I have a couple pair of 74251s I bought 15 years ago and they are indestructible. The new 74251s in the same size are a little bit snugger fit in the waist and butt, mostly because the elastic waistband of the old pair (which tended to permanently stretch) is gone, but they are still a comfortable fit even though I'm a bit bigger than I was 15 years ago. These trousers don't seem to shrink much in warm wash, and the heavyweight fabric softens nicely over time.

These pants are awesome. I have owned many pairs of them and they always deliver. Just know if you wash them and dry them they shrink a lot and they run small anyway. For instance, i bought 36W 32L. They fit plenty loose when I got them, plenty long. After a few months, the elastic panels on the waist are maxed out, and the length is okay. I definitely dont want them any shorter. I just ordered 38W 32L. I know they will be enormous at first, but after a few washing and drying cycles, they should be just about right.

Great Fit

Doesn’t get any better for a basic 100% cotton tactical pant. 5.11’s are the standard. Comfortable, long-wearing and week-designed. The single flap phone/knife pocket is getting a little long in the tooth but otherwise a great set of pants.

Fit great, look great and the quality of the materials is evident. I have no doubt I will be wearing these for a long time. Don't go for the cheapy knockoffs. Buy the best and 5.11 is the best, at least in khakis anyway.

I own several pairs of the Stryke pants in size 36, so naturally when ordering from 5.11 I would order the same.Boy, oh boy, was I wrong. These pants are at least 2 sizes smaller, so beware if you're using the Stryke as reference.As a bonus, I had them shipped to Japan since the 5.11 store here is pathetic, and now I'm stuck with pants that won't fit.Thanks, Obama!

Have about 10 pair now. Much better quality than similar in the market. Worth the price. Fit is precise. Survives the cleaners better than button designed. Presses out as a clean uniform pant that holds a crease.

I like the fact that the pants are heavy duty fabric. I’ve purchased other work pants in the past and they won’t hold up to these.

Great quality is evident, however, nowhere in the description does it mention that it’s a relaxed fit!! I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known. I’m wary of purchasing anything else from 5.11 as a result. I also have had no success in trying to contact anyone with respect to this problem.

Not overall satisfied as opened this and had a patch of glue that’s harden and stuck on the trousers furthermore the delivery arrived very late!
