The ring features on it are great. However the vibrator portion is the only area of difficulty as it can sometimes hit my partner's pubic bone and hurt. It is probably best to just get a cock ring with vibrator built in...this was a neat attempt, but it doesn't work too well.

the shaft of the thing is quite tight for the penis and it feels very uncomfortable on a guy (so he said).
