Helen's Asian Kitchen Sushi Making Kit, 5-Piece Set, BPA Free

It's so easy to use. My college age son loves sushi, now he can make his own.att the parts go on the dishwasher and it's very good quality thick plastic.

Unfortunately this item did not work as I expected. I wonder if I hit the buy button in the wrong window because I had several open and I thought it had good reviews. I put my nori into the bottom piece but there are 2 problems. The first problem is that when you slice you can not slice all the way through because there is no bottom but there is a lip that prevents you from slicing through to the cutting board (one side is open but you start your knife there). If it had a bottom piece that met the lip it would work. The other problem is that you can not make the heart shaped one because the lid is bigger than the form so you can't push it into the form it barely sits on top. I wanted this to work.

Makes sushi easy. I'm not so good at the bamboo mat technique so gave this a try and I can say it works great. Even had the grandkids in on the action. I would recommend. I did put cooking spray on it to help with the sticky rice but not sure that is actually needed.

My friends and I had a sushi-making party, and this was a life-saver. We were terrible at rolling our own with the bamboo mats, but this kit was much easier to get the hang of. The different sizes of rolls turned out to be great, and the heart shaped rolls were a cute touch!

I actually returned this product thinking that it was flimsy and not what I was looking for

I purchased this sushi kit for my son for Christmas. He loves it and is making professional looking sushi rolls. The kit arrived as scheduled in time for Christmas.

I didn't like it. This was too big. It makes really big sushi pieces not like the restaurant at all.

I really enjoy this Sushi making Kit and plan to order more as gifts to friends and family who enjoy making and eating Sushi. I had. one and had been searching to buy one as a gift for quite some time and was very happy to find this one.

Wife uses this all the time when making her own sushi. Fast and easy to use.

Very easy to use, sturdy, easy to clean also and use standard size nori sheet. The reason I don't give this 5 stars is because there was a slight opening in the pressing piece and when I wash it fills with water. So just a little sealing default. The bigger mold also makes a very flat rectangular sushi, I think making the mold higher would have been better.
