I had ordered this frame for a memorial plaque for a dear friend of mine. It turned out great and will look great with the drum I have to go with it. The only downfall I had is getting the protective coding off the frame at first but once I got it off I was happy with the purchase.

My husband loved this for his birthday! I put a picture of our dog in it and engraved it with our dogs name and employee of the month. It was perfect and looks great!

The plaque is beautiful and looks as promised! We are so excited to give it to the recipient, haha. It also arrived three days early (in the middle of the pandemic)! I would recommend this company and plauque to others for sure!

Assembly kind of off centered but overall seems like good quality

We ordered this for my husbands card group, which we planned to present this weekend and we received the plaque for some group in Texas. I’m in Chicago. There is no info to contact customer service and I’m doubtful this can be resolved in time for the event.

Bought it for my Bestie as a gift. Good quality wood , nice and clean. The little sign was a little crooked but not noticeable unless your an inspector. The box is it’s laying on is the FedEx box it came in .

Not very clear how to affix photo. Ended up ruining mounting mechanism. Had to use wood glue to get it right. Wouldn’t recommend.
