All have been different designs but my child has loved them all and they seem to hold up well! I am not crazy about the "plastic" feel of the side with the design, but my child loves it so as long as it holds up like the others have, I will be happy. I have had issues with the zippers on the other backpacks that I have purchased, so I added the luggage insurance for $4 in case I have problems with the zipper again. We haven't used this backpack yet, since I bought it for school in the fall, but it feels as sturdy and well-made as previous backpacks. The material also feels pretty cheap to me and I expect it to start to fall apart before winter break / Christmas holidays come up.The graphics are nice though - kiddo likes them.Other thing I will mention / remind folks of is that it's just one pouch.
