Quick acting iron
Very quick delivery. I feel this liquid iron is gentle on the stomach I feel it hits me quicker. I would definitely recommend.

Great for increasing energy levels.
Have been using Spatone on and off for a few years and I definitely notice my energy levels have increased when taking. Easy to use as I add to my morning juice with a vitamin C dissolvable tablet. My 80 year old mum has also agreed she has more energy too. Due to her taking other medication, she checked with the hospital to confirm she could take it. Would definitely recommend.

This is really good iron. I started taking it because my hair was falling and in order to strengthen it I needed iron and I think liquid does work better than pills x
