Love it!
As with some red food colorings; there is an after taste of dye and it's not very good. With the LorAnn Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion, there is no bad after taste of red dye. It's thick and with only one table spoon; as opposed to two ounces of red dye, you get an awesome red velvet cake/cupcake, without the nasty taste. I've used this product numerous times and people always ask me how I make them without the funny taste. Most definitely will keep buying this product!

Great product
I had never made red velvet baked goods because of the food coloring. I made red velvet magic 5 bars with this that were rated 10s by my family. Red velvet cake an other treats are up next.

Interesting
This flavoringโฆ.. confuses me the color is there it adds a nice deep red to your baked goods and treats but I wondered how does this really taste , because I only add it to red velvet goods that already have cocoa powder and buttermilk and stuff so I put it in some ice cream and made red velvets shortbread cookies without the cocoa powder and just relied on the emulsion for the flavoring and I was conflicted . It tasted like a Wendyโs chocolate frosty with a weird mix of cherry. I would recommend this be used as a coloring first rather than flavoring but Iโm not disappointed a dits pretty good for its price .

Product is good, however package came damaged and it leaked all over the package. I am unable to return the item for a refund or a replacement.
