Removing the baked cake is very easy and does so with no problem. The cake pan itself is very lightweight, thin and delicate. It is easily bent out of shape. I’m sure it will last a long time as long as it is carefully stored and never dropped. The first pan I received was badly dented and misshapen from shipping. Amazon immediately sent me a replacement pan, with no hassle. This pan was perfect.
