I haven't actually timed how long it takes to recharge the batteries, nor have I spent a lot of time making sure they're always fully discharged before charging them up. Basically any time I notice my electronics are needing fresh batteries, I throw in a pair that I have waiting and take the ones out to charge it right up.Some chargers require you to charge the batteries in pairs, but as far as I can tell this one allows you to charge a single battery or 4 at a time (and fits AA and AAA batteries). I've used both AAA and AA size batteries and they always perform at least as well as a non-rechargeable battery. The only downside I've noticed to using these is that the label of the battery starts to wear down after repeated handling and occasionally the outer cover might start to peel off. This shouldn't be a big problem though and I bet a little bit of scotch tape would fix the issue.I've put them through multiple cycles and over the past two years they've performed great. I haven't really noticed any degradation in quality either, though I'm not exactly putting them through heavy use. I just use them in my game controllers and VR controllers for WMR headsets and have yet to see any issues.These are probably the best rechargeable batteries on the market right now.
