The only thing that was surprising was the red key light came on the dash. The security system still works and signals work fine. Might require a resistor. Light doesn’t bother me. Already forgot about it.

The lights and the plug work great - however, the slots in the ring don't fit around the screw holes, which puts the lens itself askew. Some slight filing and it works fine.

Easy to install, very bright. I like the white running light halo that then go to yellow for turn signals. Works as they should.

It is an easy swap for the regular bulbs. I did get an error code while riding. A red key light showed indicating a problem. Needs a resistor. I added Eagle Lights equalizer plug and play Part EL60WR-P. Plugs in under the seat to existing electrical cords. No heat buildup like some resistors. Did not want a resister that builds heat and can melt plastic.My bike is a 2007 Electraglide police edition.

Easy to install.FALSE ADVERTISEMENT:I have a 2003 Road King (100th Anniversary) and when I installed these the outside ring of LEDs did NOT stay on as running lights (as advertised). Your entire turn signal will be off (running or not) and will flash red as a turn signal, or bright red when brakes are applied. If you don't care about the outside ring for running lights, then these lights are quite nice and work perfectly. But I bought them because of the running light capability and it does not do that.CUSTOMER SERVICE:I contacted the seller of my issue and he didn't reply. I sent a second email a few days later informing him I will need to return these, and he responded back. It appears the owner knows nothing about this item as his response was "did you wire it correctly"? There is nothing to wire, it's pre-wired, it's plug 'n play. When I explained what the light was not doing, he insisted I take a photo and send it to him. This is ridiculous because why would you need a photo of a light not coming on... what could he possibly see in the photo that I didn't explain in my email? So then I have to initiate a third email to follow-up and he says he will talk with his colleague and get back to me. That was 5 days ago and he never followed up. I give up and will return the items.RECAP:If it wasn't advertised as capable of utilizing the outer ring for running lights, then I would give these a 5-star review, because they work very well with this limited skill and look nice (very bright). But they shouldn't be $40, they should be more like $25 or $30. The review loses 2 stars for not working as advertised (no running lights). It loses a third star for horrible customer service.

Lights do not securely fit into the light housing. The led light’s pc board isn’t cut to the correct size to keep it from moving. Also there are no instructions and the packaging was terrible. You should be able to install without instructions anyway. I have mine installed but wondering when the led Assy will move on me and have to adjust again.

Installed on my 2007 Heritage Softail - easy install - had to add Load resistor as my bike a little older - but everything went smoothly - happy with the result - The white outer running light adds just that little bit more light to help Cagers see us

These lights work great. I like how they are bright white until the signal is activated. Helps make me more visible

The slots for the screws are too small so had to modify slightly. But for the price, I won't complain. So long as they last a while.....

These are awesome bright lights. Plug and play on my ‘06 Ultra.
