Klein Tools IR07 Dual Infrared (IR) and Probe Thermometer

Great thermometer, built well, a little big for my taste but reads temps. fast and accurately, built-in IR is nice too

Very convenient for outdoor grilling I can check temperature of the grill or pan (it) with the same device I use to check food temperature with the probe end. It seems quite a bit sturdier than other instant read thermometers I own, even a high end one that cost three times as much. Very accurate and quick.

I love it. Instead of constantly getting on chair to check AC temperature I just point laser on it. Laser is my favorite functionality. I use the probe ocassionally even for checking food. The min/max and t1-t2 functionality is somehow confusing, so I just don’t use it.

This temp probe is my favorite by far I have tried numerous Fieldpiece, UEI, and even a variant of this Klein and this one is by far my favorite. It has a tip that is smaller in diameter of any of the other probes so a lot of times you can remove a screw in the ducting and pop it in right there to get a reading vs having to tap a hole in the duct every time to get your reading. I also like how there aren’t any magnets like a lot of probes have so you have to hold it. Some people would look at this as a downside however a lot of HVAC techs I know have forgotten them in the duct numerous times because while they were waiting for the reading went to check something else and forgot the probe in the duct! All in all it’s less noise, less holes, faster and more accurate readings, not to mention it is a bit more difficult to lose! Worth every penny in my opinion.

I have many Klein Tools. Love the quality. That’s why I paid $50 for this combination instant read probe & IR thermometer. It’s works very well. Did not need temp adjustment as it’s right on temp. We all fry stuff with oil too hot. You shouldn’t be over 400, and not under 350. If your oil is smoking, it’s too hot or wrong oil! It’s hard to know on even a good stove or grill. I guess if you have induction burners you can keep oil temp at or below 400F. Anyway most need this tool to know for sure. One nitpicking fact tho. It’s left handed! Yes if you use your right hand to measure temp either probe or IR the display will be upside down. I am VERY right handed, thus uncoordinated left, so I find that annoying. You’d think Klein engineers would have programmed a setting where you can change that readout. My Thermapen MK4 screen rotates as you move it. Idea for a revision “B” Klein Tools engineers (no charge)

Good quality and easy to use. I like the size of this thermometer.

Everyone should have one of these.

Best thermometer, I love it, works great and great price, daily use, best for HVACR

No lo he podido usar mucho, pero se ajusta a lo descrito. Muy buena compra.

Being chef it’s a must to have. It became one of my essential items on shift. Very recommend. Sturdy as a rock and accurate and fast showing temperature.

I am going to buy this products more... Can I get the products certificate?

Item came as expected and works as described.
